We use a third party "Local Delivery" courier service and your orders will be hand delivered to the recipient's address.
Balloons do not get along well with heat and cold temperatures. We advise not to leave your balloon outdoors as the cold air will shrink the balloons and expand under the sun which will possibly make them POP!

Yes we do! Hand-Deliveries, which do not require our trusted UPS postal service, can be delivered throughout the weekend. Please send us an email or text us through Whatsapp with your desired weekend date & we will tell more about the possibilities!
Because of the different materials they are made of, our Bubble balloons float for approximately 3-5 days when filled with helium gas, but when filled with air they can last up to 4 weeks! All of our aluminium balloons can last up to a week.
Please note that latex balloons filled with helium last up to a maximum 12 hours - if the latex balloons are filled with Hi-float liquid they can last much longer, up to 3 to 4 days. All of our balloons are best used on the day of delivery as balloons will deflate over time.
Our Fresh Flowers can last for approximately 5 to 7 days, as we use freshly cut flowers each flower has a different lifespan. Depending on its surroundings care it is best to keep them in a room temperature of 18°C to 23°C. All of them wither differently.
Yes, provided it is not already out for delivery. Please contact us via email or directly through our Whatsapp ASAP if you need to change your delivery destination.
Europe/Middle East. - Please note international shipping only delivers eternal flower products and items which are eligible for to ship via the postal service. All other products such as cakes and balloons can only be hand delivered by our Local Delivery courier service.

We rarely have our La Fleur Royale damaged during transit as they are carefully transported to your destination. In the unfortunate event that our balloon or box arrives damaged, please contact us via email or cell ASAP.
You most definitely can! Our balloons don't discriminate, just type your personalised message on the balloon design you like!
